Amo D'Italia Official Return & Refund Policy (Deruta Products Only)

At Amo D'Italia, we are committed to your full satisfaction. Our entire inventory currently consists of beautiful ceramics from our trusted supplier, Deruta of Italy. The following policy reflects Deruta's guidelines to ensure prompt and hassle-free service.

1. Return Window and Eligibility

We offer a 30-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy (No RMA required).

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • Carefully repackaged in its original packaging.

 

Non-Refundable Costs

  • Original Shipping & Handling (S&H) Costs are not refundable.

 

2. Return Shipping, Costs, and Fees

The customer is responsible for the cost and safety of return shipping.

  • Return Shipping Cost: The customer must pay for return shipping costs.
  • Insurance: The package must be fully insured via UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in transit.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.

 

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth return process:

  1. Repack: Carefully repack the item(s) in their original packaging.
  2. Enclose Documents: Enclose a copy of your Packing Slip or Order Receipt.
  3. Write a Note: Write a note stating the reason for your return and whether you would like a replacement or a full refund.
  4. Ship (Insured): Return your package fully insured to the following address:

Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking information.

 

4. Refunds and Exchanges Process

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at the warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Refund Timeline: Please allow about 2 weeks (14 days) for refund processing once the return has been received.

 

Exchanges

If you requested an exchange, the new product will be promptly shipped to you once the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Damaged Shipments (Defective Products)

IMPORTANT: Should a shipment arrive damaged, you must contact us within 5 (Five) days from merchandise receipt.

We will promptly place a claim with the carrier/insurance, and a replacement will be sent to you immediately at no cost to you.
