Amo D'Italia Official Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Amo D'Italia! We are dedicated to bringing you high-quality Italian goods directly to your home. Please review our shipping policy below, which covers all Deruta ceramic products currently advertised.

 

Shipping Costs

We offer two shipping options based on your order total:

  1. FREE Shipping: All orders totaling $49.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
  2. Standard Weight-Based Shipping: For orders under $49.00, shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of the package. The minimum shipping fee for a package weighing up to 4 lbs is $16.50. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

     

    Delivery Time

    • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day (Monday through Friday).
    • Total Delivery Time: Total estimated delivery time (Handling + Transit) is typically 3 - 6 business days from the time you place your order.

     

    Shipping Availability

    • U.S. Only: We currently ship only to the contiguous United States (the 48 states that are connected).
    • Exclusions, we do not ship to:
      • PO Boxes
      • APO/FPO addresses (military addresses)
      • U.S. Territories, Hawaii, or Alaska

     

    Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

     

    Damages

    Amo d'Italia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please refer to Section 5 of our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 5 days to report the damage so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
