Like all true Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale Di Modena DOP, this balsamic vinegar is aged in wooden casks and comes straight from Modena. The grapes used are picked at their ripest from the Giusti vineyards and villa, where they are aged to perfection, professionally bottled, and exported.

This premium Balsamic Vinegar by Giusti has been matured for 25 years at the Giusti Villa in Modena, making it DOP official Extravecchio grade balsamic vinegar. We've used the oldest and most mature wooden casks to let this balsamic vinegar mature, giving it a full and rich dark brown color that is beautifully captured in the light.

Using only the ripest Lambrusco or Trebbiano grapes and aged to perfection in wooden casks, Giusti's Balsamic Vinegars are like a small taste of heaven drizzled onto your favorite foods. Featuring a rich and complex sweetness to it, you'll also be able to pick up on the subtle hints of wood from the barrel it aged in, giving it a unique and delectable smokiness as well.
