The Story

Pizzelles were born in the rugged Abruzzo region of Italy. Local bakers, with their keen sense of artistry, devised a clever way to make these delightful treats by pressing the batter between two hot iron plates. The resulting cookies were not only beautiful but also tasty, earning the love and admiration of all who tasted them. Today, pizzelles can be enjoyed on their own as a sweet and satisfying snack or paired with coffee or tea for a delightful afternoon treat.

Usage Tips

Simply enjoy with coffee, as tradition dictates, or get creative and layer them up!  Add cheese, add chocolate, add cinnamon cream, add honey, add more cheese, you probably catch our drift by now....
