Taggiasca olives are considered the most delicate olives in the world and therefore are also the most valuable. The savory flavor of sun-kissed olives shines through in this scrumptious spread. It's produced by carefully selecting the olives and brining them with water and salt. Then we grind the olives without stones, before blending them in EVOO.

Our Taggiasca olive tapenade paste is crafted in Liguria, Italy, where the olives are grown and harvested annually using traditional methods to ensure the highest quality with the best flavor.
