Tomato base for the preparation of sauces, soups, stews, pizzas and second courses. Press the contents directly into the sauce, starting from the bottom so as not to allow air to remain inside the product.

Store at room temperature. It is not possible to establish a priori the number of days the product will last after opening, as shelf life is strictly linked to storage conditions (environmental hygiene/temperature). From the experience acquired it is possible to state that this type of product, if stored in the fridge after opening and naturally closed with the appropriate cap, can retain its organoleptic characteristics for a few weeks. Preservation is in fact "guaranteed/aided" by the temperature, by the closure (little oxygen/air), by the intrinsic characteristics of the concentrate (natural acidity/pH of the product).
